Booking Details

1. We typically charge 50 % of the  package fees as advance / booking amount. Details for the same being provided in the mail sent to you from our end.

2. There is always a validity of the package when provided to you. If you fail to make the payment within the certain date, the prices are subject to availability and/or increase.

3. Until and unless we do not receive any advance / booking amount from your end NO official confirmation for your bookings is considered from our side. ​

4. If you want to make a booking with us - You can go to the 'Contact Us' section and drop us your details and we shall get back to your for the same OR you can call us on (+91) 8884146191 and/or email on - and we can fix up an appointment for your bookings.​

5. All the details of your coverage timings will be mentioned and shared with the client prior to you making the advance/booking amount. If there is any delay or extension on the shoot, additional fees will be charged and has to be paid before we giving you the final deliverables failing to which no deliverables will not be provided.​

6.  All copyrights are reserved with Shutterspeed Photography. We upload / use the photos and videos shot by our photographers and videographers during the events for showcasing our work on our websites as well as on our different online portals.​

7. All taxes as applicable additionally over the package amount.​

8. Cinematic highlights / cinematic teasers generally range between 3 minutes to 6 minutes. Candid wedding films / cinematic films are ranging from 15 minutes onwards.​

9. There is no limit to pictures being clicked, but only a certain number of pictures out of the total will be edited, which would be clearly mentioned in your email sent from our side.​

Travel, Visa and Accommodation

1. None of our packages will have the Travel charges, Visa charges and Accommodation included in the same.​

2. Travel charges, Visa charges, Accommodation has to be borne by the client separately if the shoot is outside the city limits from where they booked us.​

3. We also have our own travel agents for the same but that amount has  to be paid by the client only. We are also open to the client if they want to provide the same from their end. (we would mention our specifications - separate rooms, comfortable travel, etc. in before the clients book for the same).​​


1. There is full i.e. NO refund of the advance / booking amount possible.​​

2. Additions in the function coverage will be possible only upon availability.

Covid update - Due to the pandemic in case your wedding gets postponed due to government initiated lockdown, in such scenario - 1 date change within the next 1 year - 365 days from the date of your wedding is possible and will be accommodated without any additional charges. No refund of the advance amount is possible whatsoever.


1. Rescheduling of shoot is possible only in case of Couple shoot (pre/post wedding shoot) only.

2. You need to inform us atleast 7 days prior to your day of couple shoot (pre/post wedding shoot). NO changes will be considered after the time frame and rescheduled shoot after that will be chargeable at additional charges : Rescheduling fees / Fresh couple shoot fees - whichever is higher.​

3. Post shoot validity is only till 1 month from the day after your wedding. Post the expiry of your validity for post shoot if you still wish to have the shoot then additional charges for a fresh couple shoot will be charged.


1. The exact timeline for every client differs, and so, the timeline for your set of deliverables would be shared and mentioned on your individual email.

Generally it takes 1 to 4 months i.e. 90-120 working days after the day of the wedding shoot for us to give you all the deliverables you choose - If you clear the final instalment on time.​

2. The online link shared with the client - which consists of the edited data is valid and available online only till a specific date. The date of removal/deletion of the data will be informed to the client when the data is shared with them. If for any reason the client is unable to download the data, request the client to reach out to our team and inform the same prior the deletion date so the data can be kept available online for a longer time duration.

After sharing the edited data with the client online, our team keeps the data offline with us only for a period of 30 days i.e. a period of one month only. After which our team is not responsible for keeping any of your data with us.

3. Any additions in coverage done during the functions due to any reasons whatsoever - the payment for the same has to be cleared with the final instalment. In case of any delay to clear these additional payments, the deliverables time schedule start from the day you clear these additional payments.​

4. If the client wants to choose the pictures that go in their printed album then, the client needs to choose the photos for the album within2-3 weeks of handing over the edited pictures from our side. If the client fails to do so, the album pictures would be selected from our team and would be delivered at your shared address.

If a clients stays non responsive for sharing album pictures for a period of minimum 3 months, in such case fresh album charges will be applicable for the same after 3 months, irrespective if the package included a complimentary or a paid album.​ 

5. We do not take Cheque for the final instalment - you can make payment via - Imps (Immediate Payment Service) or cash on the same day anytime before we leave the venue after finishing your function coverage.
